Job Description

• Manage the planning team
• Create RMA and POC forecasts and analysis
• Monitor RMA & POC activity
• Hands on management of day to day activity
• Stocking and shipment optimization
• Own advanced planning process
• Lead complex projects: Process optimization, customer service and data improvement
• KPI ownership: Missed SLA, Cost Per Ticket

Qualifications

• Professional Microsoft Knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT and others)

• BA/BSc in Logistics/Industrial Engineering
• 2-3 Years of experience as a planning team leader in supply chain in a global organization
• RMA experience – Advantage
• Proven experience in service management to customers: SLA, Response time, event analysis followed by corrective actions
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent service approach

• English – as mother tongue
