Join our IT Business Applications team as a Business Applications Project Manager, where you'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between finance business requirements and technical solutions. We're seeking a proactive leader to stabilize our financial systems, accelerate critical projects, and drive impactful process improvements through hands-on NetSuite application management Workato integrations and .
What am I going to do?
- Spearhead the restart of postponed financial projects by translating complex business needs into actionable technical implementation plans.
- Configure and customize NetSuite and other financial applications to automate and enhance key workflows, including billing, revenue recognition, and procurement.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues within our finance module stack, ensuring operational stability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and best practices for new financial processes, ensuring scalability and ease of support.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on our financial business applications, taking hands-on ownership of Workato integrations.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance team to identify opportunities for process automation and application enhancements, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Requirements
- You are a true Quality Executioner at heart, dedicated to delivering meticulously crafted solutions and ensuring seamless operations within complex, cross-functional environments.
- You possess a strong understanding of financial domains, with proven experience in areas like billing, revenue recognition, or procurement processes.
- You bring hands-on 1+ year experience in Workato integration development and configuration, enabling you to build robust automation solutions.
- You have a 3+ years solid grasp of NetSuite system administration, customization, and best practices for financial modules.
- You excel at cross-functional collaboration, effectively partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive project success.
- You have a demonstrated ability to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within business application ecosystems.
- Perform all of the above in a SOX-compliant environment.

- A background in implementing and managing financial reporting tools.
Working with AI
This role will leverage AI and automation tools, particularly Workato, to streamline financial workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.
