What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator & PA to join our dynamic team. The Office Administrator &PA will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease.

How will you make an impact?

- Be in charge of the reception area, greeting visitors and providing assistance to guests / employees.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team. Ensure the office is fully equipped and organized.
- Manage calendars of the company’s leadership team and assist with administrative tasks.
- Manage orders for office supplies, inventory from multiple suppliers, and domestic / international deliveries.
- Support HR with onboarding/offboarding and employee records.
- Support logistical operations.

What is needed to succeed?

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- 4 days in the office, 9:00-18:00 (excluding Tuesday)
- Positive energy and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected tasks with a sense of urgency.
