**Visual Designer | Creative & Brand Design Team** **Location:** Tel Aviv, Israel (On-site) A leading global high-tech company is looking for a creative and versatile **Visual Designer** to join our Creative & Brand design team! If you are a "jack of all trades" designer who masters visual storytelling, composition, and typography—and loves bringing brand narratives to life across global mediums—this role is for you. **What You’ll Do:** * **Visual Conceptualization:** Own visual concepts from initial moodboards and sketching to final execution across global campaigns, social media, and in-app experiences. * **Multi-Disciplinary Design:** Craft high-quality visual assets including illustrations, icons, infographics, layouts, and motion graphics. * **Visual Storytelling:** Translate creative briefs and scripts into compelling visual narratives. * **Brand Ambassadorship:** Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to deliver polished, high-standard assets. * **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with key stakeholders across the organization to optimize design workflows. **What You Need to Succeed:** * **Education & Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications + 3+ years of experience in a studio, agency, or in-house brand team. * **Portfolio:** A strong, compelling online portfolio showcasing diverse projects (**Mandatory**). * **Software Mastery:** High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. * **Languages:** High level of written and spoken **English** and Hebrew (**Mandatory**). * **Design Core:** Deep understanding of color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and composition. **Bonus Points:** * Experience in After Effects (motion design) or basic UI/UX principles. * Custom illustration skills. * Background in a fast-paced tech environment. **Interested?** Apply directly or send your CV + Portfolio link to: tomivgi@matchpointit.com
