Optimize Formulations and Processes: Improve product performance through new formulations and processes.
Conduct Research and Experiments: Test the properties and performance of materials to support development and innovation.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure material compatibility and integration.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and provide detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
Material Testing and Quality Control: Manage material testing and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
Stay Current in the Field: Keep updated with the latest advancements in materials science and engineering.
Provide Technical Support:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials development or a related field.
Expertise in Adhesives: Experience in the development of adhesive formulations, wetting phenomena, and surface energy.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of structure-property relationships, processing techniques, and testing methods.
Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and tools for materials analysis and design.
English - high level.
