The Dream Job

We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic VP of IT & Information Security to lead our IT, IS department. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on balance strategic thinking with operational excellencewith strategic thinking. You'll manage immediate IT needs, while establishing and building the processes, policies, and tooling that will enable Dream to scale efficiently and support its continued growth.  

The Dream-Maker Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high-performing IT organization, computing services, MIS and security operations. 
• Define and execute the IT and IS strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap in alignment with business growth and operational priorities. 
• Establish governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, ensuring regulatory alignment across subsidiaries 
• Manage our global sites infrastructure and establishment of new sites, and all Dream subsidiaries.  
• Own and manage all our data center operations, including availability, performance, and maintenance  
• Lead cloud infrastructure strategy and operations (AWS)  
• Oversee hardware, equipment lifecycle, and day-to-day IT operations  
• Design and lead the company’s security architecture, including standards and solutions  
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to implement security best practices  
• Lead security operations, including monitoring, detection, and incident response  
• Oversee security systems and integrate advanced technologies (AI / video) for threat detection  
• Drive application security and embed Secure SDLC practices across development teams  

The Dream Skill Set

• 7-10 years of experience in IT operations, including 3-4 years leading distributed or multi-site teams 
• Proven experience supporting high-growth organizations, ideally across multiple offices or remote-first teams 
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, including data centers and cloud (AWS required)  
• Solid background in cybersecurity domains (Security Architecture, SecOps, AppSec, GRC) 
• Ability to define standards, processes, and drive cross-organizational alignment 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English 
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining comfortable in a hands-on, execution-focused environment
