Description

CodeValue is looking for a Tech Lead & C# Expert to join a challenging R&D project developing mission-critical systems in a high-quality, complex environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position – 5 days a week in Yehud, combining hands-on development, technical leadership, solution architecture, and R&D leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical direction and R&D team.
Design and develop reactive, service-based systems with messaging and asynchronous communication.
Take ownership of solution architecture and technical decisions.
Combine hands-on C# development with technical leadership.
Work with complex and evolving requirements and multiple stakeholders.
Lead planning, execution, schedules, and technical delivery.
Work in air-gapped environments.

Requirements

Strong experience with C# / .NET.
Experience as a Tech Lead / Team Lead / R&D Lead / Solution Architect.
Experience with service-based, messaging, and asynchronous systems.
Experience with mission-critical systems and high-quality software.
Experience in air-gapped environments – advantage.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in corporate or defense environments.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
