Job description

If you're a Google Ads expert who thinks in numbers, obsesses over every dollar of spend, gets a thrill from squeezing more performance out of a campaign, and is comfortable leveraging AI and LLMs to work smarter and faster - this is your game to play.
What will you do?
Own and optimize Google Ads end-to-end: Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns to drive user and pipeline growth.
Lead in-house media transition: Take over management of a six-figure monthly budget currently run by an external agency.
Drive growth via paid channels: Focus on Google and emerging platforms like OpenAI to expand reach and acquisition.
Partner on attribution tracking: Collaborate on measurement and reporting across GA4, GTM, and HubSpot.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with design, product marketing, and sales to align campaigns with GTM priorities and target personas.
Explore emerging ad platforms: Test and scale new channels and user experience to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
Google Ads expertise: 2-4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, managing significant budgets with full ownership of strategy and execution.
Deep, practical expertise across Search, Performance Max, Display/remarketing, and YouTube - including bidding strategies, audience building, and conversion tracking setup
Strong analytical skills: comfortable pulling and interpreting data independently (Google Ads reporting, GA4, Excel/Sheets, dashboards) to drive decisions, not just execute them
Comfort with AI and LLMs: Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to enhance campaign performance and workflows.
Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working with marketing and design teams on landing pages and funnels.
Comfort taking ownership of a channel end-to-end, including transitioning agency-managed work in-house, is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain performance data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
This position is open to all candidates.
