This is a hands-on startup role: you’ll own the UX from idea to production, working closely with developers and product. Our workflow connects Figma directly to AI-powered design-to-code tools, so clean structure and best practices really matter. - 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in product or startup environments- Strong hands-on experience with Figma- Proven experience designing responsive and adaptive interfaces- Experience working closely with developers and understanding their constraints- Strong UX thinking — not just pretty UI- Experience with component-based design and design systems- Ability to work on-site and collaborate daily with product and engineering Nice to Have- Basic understanding of front-end development (React / HTML / CSS concepts)- Experience with AI-assisted design or design-to-code tools-
