Indirect Tax Manager

Description

Deloitte Israel is looking for an experienced Manager to join our Indirect Tax department.

Our Indirect Tax team advises leading local and international organizations on complex VAT, customs, and indirect tax matters. The team combines deep regulatory insight with commercial thinking and works closely with a broad range of stakeholders across projects and client engagements.

The role includes:

• Advising and supporting local and international clients on complex indirect tax matters.
• Leading professional projects and managing ongoing client relationships.
• Working with tax authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Managing, mentoring, and developing professional teams and collaborating with other departments across the firm on cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in indirect tax – required
• Qualified attorney / licensed lawyer – required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English – required
• Previous experience in a Big 4 firm – strong advantage
• Managerial experience and/or experience leading projects
• Ability to work independently, with strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills

התפקיד כולל:

• ייעוץ וליווי של לקוחות מקומיים ובינלאומיים בסוגיות מורכבות של מיסוי עקיף
• הובלת פרויקטים מקצועיים וניהול קשרי לקוחות שוטפים.
• עבודה מול רשויות המס וגופים רגולטוריים.
• ניהול, הנחיה ופיתוח של צוותים מקצועיים; ושיתוף פעולה עם מחלקות נוספות בפירמה בפרויקטים משותפים.

Requirements Hebrew

• ניסיון של 3 שנים ומעלה בתחום המיסים העקיפים – חובה
• הסמכה כעורך/ת דין – חובה
• יכולת התבטאות וכתיבה בעברית ובאנגלית ברמה גבוהה – חובה
• ניסיון קודם ב-Big 4 – יתרון משמעותי
• ניסיון ניהולי ו/או ניסיון בהובלת פרויקטים
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית, חשיבה עסקית ויחסי אנוש מצוינים
