The world's leading and largest consulting firm is seeking a Consultant for the Risk Management practice. As part of the role, the employee will gain exposure to advanced methodologies for risk management and assessment, exposure to senior figures in the market, and extensive professional development opportunities.

Job Description: The role includes providing risk management consulting services to leading companies in the market across a variety of sectors in the financial industry, including: Fintech, commerce, banks, capital markets, and more. Broad exposure to the global firm, including the adoption of leading practices and the development of local methodologies and practices alongside experts at the forefront of the risk management field. The role is challenging, unique, and involves connections to the worlds of economics and finance, strategy, technology, law, psychology, organizational consulting, and more.

The role includes:

• Providing consulting services in the areas of information security, IT risk management, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Conducting SOC1 and SOC2 audits, IT risk assessments, cyber risk assessments, and internal and external audits of information systems.
• Consulting on and testing automated controls within business processes across organizational systems, establishing methodologies and capabilities in IT risk management for cloud and digital environments.
• Consulting on authorizations and Segregation of Duties (SOD) within information systems and business processes.

* The work is conducted from the company's offices in Tel Aviv combined with working from home.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics/business administration/management/similar – mandatory; Advantage for degree graduates from elite academic institutions
• English at a high level – mandatory
• The position requires initiative and a big head, independence, teamwork, working in a dynamic environment, analytical and drawing conclusions, and high drafting skills
• Experience in the field of risk management – an advantage
• Relevant master's degree – an advantage

תיאור המשרה: התפקיד כולל ייעוץ בתחום ניהול הסיכונים לחברות המובילות במשק, במגוון ענפי בסקטור הפיננסי לרבות: Fintech, מסחר, בנקים, שוק ההון ועוד. חשיפה רחבה לפירמה הגלובלית לרבות אימוץ פרקטיקות מובילות ופיתוח מתודלוגיות ופרקטיקות מקומיות, מול המומחים המהווים את חוד החנית של תחום ניהול הסיכונים. התפקיד מאתגר, ייחודי וכולל זיקה לעולמות הכלכלה והפיננסים, האסטרטגיה, טכנולוגיה, משפטים ופסיכולוגיה, ייעוץ ארגוני ועוד.

התפקיד כולל:

• מתן שירותי ייעוץ בתחום אבטחת מידע, ניהול סיכוני IT, ממשל, סיכונים וציות (GRC)
• ביצוע ביקורות SOC2 ו-SOC1, סקרי סיכוני מערכות מידע, סקרי סיכוני סייבר, ביקורות פנימיות וחיצוניות של מערכות מידע
• ייעוץ ובדיקת בקרות אוטומטיות בתהליכים עסקיים במערכות הארגון, הקמת מתודולוגיות ויכולות בתחום ניהול סיכוני IT בענן ודיגיטל
• ייעוץ בנושא הרשאות והפרדת תפקידים (SOD) במערכות מידע ובתהליכים עסקיים

Requirements Hebrew

• תואר ראשון בכלכלה/מנהל עסקים/ניהול/דומה – חובה; יתרון לבוגרי תואר ממוסדות אקדמאיים מובחרים

• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – חובה

• התפקיד דורש יוזמה וראש גדול, עצמאות, עבודת צוות, עבודה בסביבה דינמית, יכולות ניתוח והסקת מסקנות ויכולות ניסוח גבוהות

• ניסיון בתחום ניהול סיכונים – יתרון

• תואר שני רלוונטי – יתרון
