**NextVision** are looking for a skilled and motivated **FPGA Engineer** to join our team and take part in developing **NextVision** imaging solutions for small UAVs and drones. **Responsibilities** Take part in all aspects of camera system development. Implement hardware and HDL-based camera functions. Support algorithm definition and optimization. Perform performance validation and system bring-up. Support handoff to production. **Qualifications** B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware and FPGA development. Proficiency in VHDL. Experience in C programming. Familiarity with MATLAB – an advantage. Solid understanding of build flows and debug methodologies for Altera/Xilinx FPGAs. Proven design experience with ARM-based SoC systems – an advantage. Practical experience in PCB-level debugging and troubleshooting. Experience with standard processor peripherals such as SPI, UART, I2C, etc. Familiarity with high-speed industry-standard protocols such as MIPI, HDMI, etc. Experience in imaging system development – an advantage.
