If you’re someone who loves making things happen, enjoys working with people, has a great eye for detail, and can keep things moving even when there are a few unexpected twists ,this could be a great fit for you. 😊 ✨ What you’ll be doing: Own the new hire journey from offer to their first days with us Coordinate offers, background checks, ID verification and Welcome Day Solve problems and find smart, scalable ways to make things better Look for opportunities to use automation and AI to improve the employee experience Work closely with our Staffing Operations team and make sure everything is accurate and running smoothly across systems like Workday 💡 What we’re looking for: Experience with offers, onboarding and background checks Someone highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment Strong problem-solving and communication skills High level of integrity and confidentiality Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or DocuSign is a big plus 📌 This is a contract position (external employment).
