Description

CodeValue is looking for an experienced Program Lead to join a large-scale Enterprise project in the banking and financial services domain.

The project involves complex technology environments, multiple teams and stakeholders, and critical Enterprise systems. This is an opportunity to take a central role in driving a strategic technology program in a highly complex and business-critical environment.

What You'll Do

Lead a complex technology program from planning through delivery.
Coordinate multiple teams, workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
Own program governance, roadmap, risks, dependencies, and delivery planning.
Work closely with technology, architecture, delivery, and business stakeholders.
Track milestones, deliverables, and overall program progress.
Identify risks and blockers and drive their resolution.
Provide clear visibility and status updates to senior stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.

Location: Rishon LeZion

Work Model: Hybrid – 4 day per week on-site

Requirements

Proven experience leading complex technology programs in an Enterprise environment.
Strong Program / Delivery Management experience.
Experience with governance, roadmaps, dependencies, and risk management.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in complex technology environments.
Experience in banking or financial services – a strong advantage.
Experience in consulting or a multi-customer environment – an advantage.
