Job description
we are looking for a Influencer Relations Leader.
What you will do:
Find, approach and sign creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube in Israel and abroad.
Design the partnership model - affiliate, paid, product-for-content - and the terms that make it repeatable.
Run campaigns from brief to reporting, including whitelisting creator content for paid distribution.
Own the relationship after the first campaign. Most of the value is in the second and third.
Feed what creators struggle with back into the product. They are our most demanding users.

Requirements:
2+ years in influencer marketing, talent management or creator partnerships.
An actual network you can call on, and evidence of campaigns you ran end to end.
Negotiation you are comfortable with: rates, usage rights, exclusivity and what happens when a post underperforms.
Hebrew and English at working level.
