We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Sales Engineering team and play a key role in supporting our global sales organization. This is a customer-facing technical role that combines cybersecurity expertise, intelligence analysis, communication, and solution consulting.
This position is based in Israel and operates primarily on US working hours. Occasional international travel, primarily to the US, is required.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Partner with the Sales team throughout the sales cycle to understand customer needs and demonstrate how KELA's solutions address their cybersecurity challenges.
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospective customers and their specific use cases.
- Scope, coordinate, and deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for prospective customers, ensuring successful technical evaluation and value demonstration.
- Translate complex cybersecurity and intelligence concepts into clear, compelling business and technical value for customers.
- Support global sales activities, including customer meetings, technical discovery sessions, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Research, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support marketing activities by participating in trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other industry events.
- Develop and maintain technical enablement and support materials for the Sales team.
- Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, threat intelligence, and the evolving needs of security teams and organizations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role within the cybersecurity industry.
- Proven experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Intelligence Analysis, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threat intelligence, and the security landscape.
- Experience presenting and demonstrating technical products or solutions to customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical challenges and translate them into practical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Ability and willingness to work primarily on US working hours.
- Willingness to travel internationally, primarily to the US, on an occasional basis.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Background in intelligence analysis within a cybersecurity vendor, integrator, or customer environment is strongly preferred.
