Deloitte Israel is looking for an experienced CPA or Attorney to join our Local & International Tax team.

Our expert team provides focused advice on Israeli and international tax matters and supports companies and individuals across a wide range of complex tax issues. The department is led by top-tier professionals with rich and diverse experience and offers clients comprehensive guidance with a broad view of both local and cross-border tax implications.

The role includes:

• Providing ongoing support to companies and individuals on Israeli and international tax matters
• Representing clients in tax assessment discussions
• Obtaining pre-rulings and approvals from the tax authority
• Preparing professional tax opinions
• Supporting local and international transactions
• Leading Tax planning in international transactions
• Conducting tax due diligence
• Advising on the tax implications of transaction structures, with a comprehensive view of local and international tax considerations and their impact

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Law – Must
• High level of English – Must
• 3-5 years of experience as in Tax – Must
• Experience from leading accounting or law firms – Advantage

• ליווי עסקאות מקומיות ובינלאומיות
• הובלת תכנון מס בעסקאות בינלאומיות
• ביצוע בדיקות נאותות מיסויות
• סיוע בבחינת השלכות המס של מבנה העסקה, תוך ראייה כוללת של היבטי המס המקומיים והבינלאומיים

Requirements Hebrew

• תואר ראשון בחשבונאות או במשפטים – חובה
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – חובה
• ניסיון של 3-5 שנים בתחום המיסים – חובה
• ניסיון מפירמות רואי חשבון או עורכי דין גדולות – יתרון
