SAP ABAP Team Lead

abra SAP Department is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Team Lead.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Development Team Lead to lead a development team while remaining hands-on (50%). The role includes managing development activities, working closely with functional consultants and various stakeholders, overseeing integrations and interfaces, and ensuring high-quality development and timely delivery.

Full-time, hybrid position in Northern Israel

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and mentor the SAP development team.
• 50% team management and 50% hands-on development.
• Manage development activities and priorities according to the work plan.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
• Lead and support SAP integrations and interfaces.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
• Ensure code quality, adherence to procedures, and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional SAP development experience.
• Proven experience with SAP ABAP development and technologies – must.
• Strong experience with ABAP OO, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Function Modules/RFC, IDOCs, ALV, Enhancements and Forms.
• Experience with OData/Gateway and SAP integration technologies.
• Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori – advantage.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.
